About Me

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years as a helping professional. I have been married since 2014, mother of two young boys and an avid dog lover. My personal life experiences has given me the unique ability to work with individuals that are struggling to conceive, going though fertility treatment, transitioning to parenthood, postpartum depression and anxiety, and all of the challenges that go with building your family. I have seen firsthand how difficult and draining the process can be and I want to be able to support and guide you through the unknowns.  These experiences have caused me to be deeply committed to the therapeutic process and goals of counseling. 

To make my counseling services more accessible, my practice is completely virtual. In order to protect your privacy and confidentiality, I offer a HIPPA compliant video platform (Telehealth)
